Real Estate
An alternative form of investing in property, typically a pool of investors will fund the acquisition or development of a real estate asset, most commonly via a fixed term investment instrument. Term length usually two to five years and deliver a fixed-rate return paid either paid in regular instalments or upon maturity of the loan.
